A defined paid role

Strategic, curatorial or development-management scope with information rights and participation in feasibility.

Possible conversion economics

Fee, success economics, minority interest, carried interest or operating rights tied to real work and risk.

Nicole’s governance boundary

Nicole’s Fremantle DDWG chair role is relevant experience—not authority over North Coogee, the power station or City of Cockburn. Her private role should be explicitly declared and separated.
